When is the order cut-off?
Orders close every Sunday so our team can begin shopping and preparing your meals fresh.

Are the meals fresh or frozen?
All meals are prepared fresh and delivered fresh, never frozen.
How long do meals stay fresh?
Meals typically stay fresh for up to 5 days when refrigerated properly.
Can meals be frozen?
Yes, many of our meals can be frozen and enjoyed later.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We can accommodate many dietary preferences and allergies. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your needs.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We work with local butchers, suppliers, and producers whenever possible while prioritizing quality and consistency. No Costco. No Sysco. Just pure, nutrition-filled fuel.
Heating
Are the meals fully cooked?
Yes. All meals arrive fully cooked and ready to enjoy.
How do I heat my meals?
Simply microwave your meal for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. Heating times may vary depending on your appliance.
Delivery
What areas do you serve?
We proudly deliver across Peterborough and Central Ontario.
When will I receive my meals?
Deliveries take place every Wednesday from 4:00 PM–8:00 PM and Thursday from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
When will I receive my meals?
Delivery fees are based on distance:
- 0–10 km: $7.99
- 10–20 km: $12.99
- 20–30 km: $17.99
- Free delivery on orders over $150 within 10 km.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes! Pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their orders.
